Shipping Areas: Iceemart currently ships to all locations within the continental United States. 

Shipping Methods: To ensure the freshness and quality of our frozen products, we use dry ice and insulated packaging for all shipments. This method guarantees that your items remain frozen during transit, arriving in excellent condition.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. 

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders are delivered within 1-4 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Handling and Packaging: All frozen products are carefully packaged with dry ice and placed in insulated foam containers to maintain optimal temperature during shipping. If your able to see some dry ice in your package *Please handle dry ice with care upon receipt of your package. Avoid direct contact with skin and ensure that children and pets do not come into contact with it.

Delivery Schedule: To ensure timely delivery and maintain product quality, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 12 PM on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday. This schedule helps prevent packages from being held in transit over weekends.

Receiving Your Order: Upon receiving your order, we recommend immediately transferring the products to your freezer. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
