A Heathier Crispy Sesame Balls (Air Fryer Instructions)
Lightly coat the frozen sesame balls with cooking oil to ensure even crispiness. Arrange them evenly in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
• Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4 minutes
• Take them out, flip or shake gently
• Air fry for another 3 minutes
The result: Less oily , crispy outside, soft inside , filled with sweet red bean paste - a heathier snack choice !
Traditional Fried Sesame Balls (No Thawing Needed)
1. Do not thaw – use directly from frozen.
2. Heat oil to medium heat (about 50% heat level).
3. Gently place frozen sesame balls into the oil.
4. Fry over low heat – the sesame balls will slowly float to the surface.
5. Once floating, gently stir to cook evenly.
6. Fry until they turn golden brown total 5-7 minutes
